Job Vacancy: Customer Happiness Consultant (UAE National) - Immediately
We are currently hiring a **Customer Happiness Consultant (UAE National)** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have **experience**, preferably in **Tadbeer centers or training centers**, with strong customer service skills and hands-on knowledge of domestic worker permit procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and understand their needs regarding domestic worker recruitment services.
- Present and explain all available packages to customers and recommend the most suitable options.
- Handle all procedures related to **domestic worker work permits** through the **Tadbeer system**.
- Ensure all required documents are complete and submitted accurately.
- Follow up with customers and provide updates on their applications.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- **UAE Nationality is mandatory**
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
Work Location: In person
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
