Customer Delivery Lead

What You Bring

• Experience:
• 5 years+ experience in customer service, order management or supply chain/logistics, ideally within FMCG.
• Experience managing order fulfilment, logistics processes, 3PL providers and external stakeholders.
• A track record of supporting operational projects, transitions, tenders, replenishment strategies and process improvement initiatives.
• People leadership capability is desirable, with SAP and Road Runner experience highly regarded.
• Skills & mindset:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes, apply corrective actions and improve service, cost and efficiency.
• Confident managing multiple priorities, deadlines and changing circumstances.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across customers, 3PLs, carriers and internal teams.
• Proactive and continuous-improvement mindset, with an interest in simplifying processes and identifying digitalisation opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail, intermediate Microsoft Office skills and a collaborative team approach.

• Education: Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous.
• Location: Mt Waverley, VIC.
• Employment: 12-month fixed-term contract.
