- Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in **Dubai**.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, tax processes, and procedures.
- Handle client concerns and complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service completion.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through service processes.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information at all times.
- Contribute to improving customer service standards and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a consultancy or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests.
- Professional and positive attitude.
