Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Print, Personal Systems, and HP Solutions teams to drive alignment on financial commitments and business priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning cycles, including Budget, Forecast, MEC, and Long-Term Planning processes.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and process automation.
  • Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Act as a connector across organizations, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution of critical financial processes.
  • Lead projects that improve visibility, governance, forecasting accuracy, and overall financial management.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the FP&A community.
  • Mentor and support team members while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
  • Education & Experience Recommended • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
