We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to strengthen customer loyalty, increase client retention, and drive revenue through exceptional customer relationship strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer retention.
- Manage customer database and segmentation.
- Create loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales trends.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Enhance the overall customer journey.
