Grand Flora Group is looking for a creative and market-savvy Freelance Visual Merchandiser to elevate the customer experience across our salon branches.
Key Responsibilities
**Design attractive in-store displays and promotional setups.** Enhance retail product presentation and sales visibility. **Ensure brand consistency across all salon locations.** Analyze customer behavior and recommend merchandising improvements. **Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.** Conduct regular branch visits and provide improvement reports.
***Requirements:***
**Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, salons, fashion, or retail.** Strong understanding of customer journey and retail psychology. **Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.** Knowledge of current beauty and retail market trends. **Ability to work independently on a project/freelance basis.**
***Contract Duration: 6 Months (Freelance Contract) can be extended***
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
