We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female Call Center Manager to lead our customer service and telesales operations across multiple salon branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Call Center team.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure service excellence.
- Track KPIs, call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates.
- Implement strategies to improve team productivity and customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with salon operations to maintain seamless customer service.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Call Center Management.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage targets, performance metrics, and team development.
