Join MUFG's Operational Resilience Team in London to strengthen crisis and incident management across EMEA.
The role supports data-driven decisions and resilience compliance in a regulated financial-services organization.
Responsibilities
- Build EMEA crisis and incident data capabilities, analytics, governance and reporting.
- Create a centralized operational incident data model and maintain auditable incident records and supporting evidence.
- Produce dashboards, management information, KPI/KRI reporting and resilience metrics.
- Support incident and crisis teams, reviews and assessments; identify control weaknesses, improvement opportunities and emerging risks.
- Integrate ServiceNow and other resilience-tool data and support reporting capabilities.
Experience and knowledge
- Data analytics experience; experience in operational resilience or incident management in financial services or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 22361:2022, FCA/PRA operational resilience requirements and DORA; the posting also names PS26/2, PRA PS7/26, FG26/3 and FG23/4.
- Experience supporting incident or crisis teams and producing dashboards or executive reports.
- Understanding of incident management, crisis risk assessment and regulatory governance or risk reporting.
Technical skills
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets and identifying meaningful trends.
- Proficiency with large datasets and reporting technologies such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong ServiceNow experience is highly desirable.
