Leads an operations team and client relationships, supporting day-to-day service delivery, service-level agreements, and quality.

Operations and client service
- Manage daily operations to meet service-level agreements efficiently.
- Review setups, credit agreements, and other operations deliverables.
- Manage client relationships, escalations, and ad hoc requests through resolution.
- Communicate with external parties, including prospective clients, and represent the company.
Strategy and team leadership
- Champion quality and continuous improvement, including efficiency changes and technology updates.
- Participate in new service development, service rollouts, and projects that enhance service offerings.
- Manage personnel through feedback, performance management, and recruitment.
- Uphold company controls and compliance; collaborate across internal operations groups and departments.
Qualifications
- University or college business degree concentrated in accounting or finance.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- At least 5 years of experience in fund administration or relevant financial services in private credit.
- A relevant accounting, finance, or management designation is an asset.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, technical ability, and attention to detail.
