- MB Services FZ LLC is currently seeking Creole Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team.
- We are looking for Dubai-based individuals who are fluent in **English and Creole**. *Please only apply if you have fluency in both languages.*
- As a Creole Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
- You should also be able to work in rotational shifts.
- Prior back-office experience will be a plus.
- **Salary:** AED 4,000 (Including Bonus)
- **Location:** Dubai Outsource City (on-site)
- **Benefits:** 2 Year Employment Visa & Medical Insurance
