About Us
We are a growing jewelry brand looking for a presentable and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team.
Role Overview
- Make scheduled visits to clients for sales
- Meet customers at their locations (when required) to present products, make sales, and maintain strong client relationships
- Transportation for client visits will be provided by the company
- On non-visit days, handle digital sales interactions, lead follow-ups, and client management from the office
Responsibilities
- Handle digital inquiries and routine tasks from the office
- Visit customers in-person at their locations to showcase products and make sales.
- Explain product features, quality, and value while providing excellent customer service
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance for client visits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Requirements
- Prior sales experience required (jewelry or luxury retail is a plus)
- Well-dressed, well-groomed, and presentable at all times
- Comfortable with both online and face-to-face client interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Arabic and English fluency
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Commission
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
