About This Role
**Job Title:** Sales Advisor (Jewelry)
We are a growing jewelry brand seeking a full-time, Dubai-based VIP Concierge who is fluent in both Arabic and English.
Prior sales experience in jewelry or luxury retail is considered an advantage.
In this job, you will be responsible for handling digital sales inquiries and lead follow-ups from the office, as well as making scheduled in-person client visits to showcase products and close sales.
You will also maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
**Salary:** AED 3000 + Commission
**Location:** Dubai Outsource City (Office + Client Visits – transportation provided by the company)
**Schedule:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days per week (One day off).
Overtime may be required when needed.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience required (jewelry or luxury retail is a plus)
- Well-dressed, well-groomed, and presentable at all times
- Comfortable with both online and face-to-face client interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
