- Raffles The Red Sea is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia.
- As the Credit Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the hotel's credit operations, ensuring financial stability, and maintaining positive relationships with our esteemed clientele.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize financial risks
- Analyze credit applications and assess creditworthiness of corporate clients and travel agencies
- Manage accounts receivable and oversee debt collection processes
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to establish credit limits and terms for clients
- Monitor and report on credit portfolio performance, identifying trends and potential risks
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes with delinquent accounts
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management
- Implement and maintain credit management software systems
- Train and supervise credit department staff
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit management
