  • Lead daily underwriting and approvals for Hala Financing.
  • Experience working with SME's.
  • Develop and maintain
  • credit policies
  • , underwriting standards, and risk appetite frameworks.
  • Oversee
  • credit decision-making
  • for high-ticket and exception cases across lending portfolios.
  • Monitor
  • portfolio health and risk trends
  • , leveraging data insights to propose adjustments to risk strategy.
  • Assist in developing
  • credit scoring models
  • and collaborate with data teams to refine predictive risk indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SAMA), and prepare reports for
  • regulatory reviews
  • or audits.
  • Propose and implement
  • early warning systems
  • to mitigate potential delinquencies and losses.
  • Support in defining the
  • collections strategy
  • in partnership with Product team.
