Looking For Experienced Meta Ads Creative Strategist

We’re a fast‑growing US wellness DTC brand, profitable and scaling for the long term.
High testing velocity, clear processes, and big volumes.
We want a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance creatives.
Scope & Deliverables
Research & strategy: Daily trend scouting, competitor and niche analisis, ads trends
Static ads : 10 statics per day, including 2–3 quick iterations per static.
Weekly video briefs: You deliver the brief (hooks, beats, UGC prompts, b‑roll, on‑screen text).
Our video editor does the editing.
Reporting: Weekly report with winners/losers, learnings, next hypotheses.
Required Skills
Proven track record shipping high‑volume performance statics and briefs for DTC brands.
Strong angle/hook ideation, headline craft, and offer framing.
Mastery of AI as speed is the most important.
Data‑driven mindset: read CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR and turn them into new iterations.
Fluent English (US market).
Organized, fast, and reliable.
Full‑time availability as a freelancer.

Experience
with wellness niche
UGC briefing experience.
Ongoing: consistent pipeline of winners, fast iteration cycles, and clear learning docs each week.
