💼 Role: Creative Strategist
We are hiring a
Creative Strategist
for a growing creative and social media agency based in Dubai.
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker with a strong agency background who can lead social-first campaigns, content direction, and creative strategy for multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and content direction for client social media accounts
- Develop campaign concepts, content pillars, and platform-specific ideas
- Create culturally relevant and engagement-driven content strategies
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, content creators, and account managers to execute campaigns
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced agency environment
- Contribute toward innovative and high-quality creative campaigns that strengthen the agency portfolio
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a
- marketing / social media / creative agency
- Strong experience in:
- Creative strategy
- Content planning
- Campaign ideation
- Social media strategy
- Brand storytelling
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and digital trends
- Experience collaborating with content creators, designers, and videographers
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Based in the UAE or open to relocating to Dubai
