Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Operations Manager – Arabic Speaker, based in Abu Dhabi.
The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the creative team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations and brand guidelines.
The Creative Operations Manager will coordinate workflows across content creation, social media, performance marketing, photography, videography, and design, while aligning resources and schedules.
Responsibilities include managing project timelines, optimizing processes, monitoring quality standards, and communicating clearly with internal teams and clients.
The role also requires developing operational best practices, supporting creative strategy execution, and using Arabic and English language skills to manage regional campaigns and client relationships.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage creative operations, including project planning, workflow coordination, resource allocation, and deadline management.
- Experience working with social media, content creation, performance marketing, and digital campaigns in an agency or similar environment.
- Strong skills in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and strong proficiency in English, with the ability to handle bilingual communication and documentation.
- Familiarity with creative and marketing tools (e.g., project management platforms, social media management tools, and basic understanding of design/production processes).
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field; agency experience is highly beneficial.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market and understanding of local culture and audience preferences is a plus.
