Role Description

The Creative Traffic Manager is a full-time, office-based role located in Abu Dhabi, responsible for coordinating the flow of work across creative, social, and marketing teams.

In this role, you will manage project intake, prioritize briefs, and allocate tasks to designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

You will monitor workloads, maintain schedules, track deadlines, and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks.

You will serve as a key point of contact between account management and creative teams, facilitating clear communication in both Arabic and English.

Daily responsibilities include updating project management tools, organizing status meetings, aligning stakeholders on timelines and deliverables, and supporting continuous improvements in workflow and resource planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong Creative Strategy and Integrated Marketing skills to coordinate campaigns across channels and ensure aligned, insight-driven creative outputs.
  • Proficiency in Art Direction and Marketing Communications to understand creative requirements, assess briefs, and support clear, consistent messaging.
  • Solid foundation in Marketing principles to prioritize projects based on business impact and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in traffic management, project coordination, or studio management within an agency or similar creative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
