Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Creative Content Creator Internship role based in Abu Dhabi.

The intern will assist in planning, producing, and editing visual and written content for social media, with a strong focus on Instagram and food-related brands.

Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas with the team, supporting photo and video shoots, drafting captions and stories, and adapting content to current trends and brand guidelines.

The role also involves basic research on competitors and trends, organizing digital assets, and collaborating with designers, account managers, and other creatives to ensure timely delivery of content.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in social media content creation, brand storytelling, and campaign execution in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interest in social media content creation, especially for Instagram and other visual platforms.
  • Basic skills in photo and/or video creation and editing (mobile or desktop tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar).
  • Strong creative writing ability for short-form content, including captions, stories, and simple scripts.
  • Attention to visual detail, sense of aesthetics, and an eye for food styling or lifestyle content.
  • Ability to research trends, hashtags, and competitor content to inspire new ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team setting and receiving and applying feedback.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Portfolio or examples of previous creative work (social media posts, visuals, or short videos) are highly beneficial.
