Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team in producing exceptional static designs and video content for internal projects, campaigns, and advertisements.
• Oversee the video editing process, ensuring all video deliverables meet brand standards, creative vision, and quality expectations.
• Develop and refine creative concepts, visual styles, and layouts for digital, print, and video formats.
• Ensure all design and video content aligns with Metro Brazil's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all creative assets.
• Supervise the creative process from concept through to delivery, ensuring high-quality results that are on time and on-brand.
• Provide mentorship, constructive feedback, and professional development to junior designers and video editors.
• Stay informed on the latest design and video trends, tools, and technologies, applying these insights to continuously improve creative output.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of creative projects.
• Present creative concepts and solutions to internal stakeholders, adjusting as needed to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an agency environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design, motion graphics, or 3D design is an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer with expertise in both static design and video editing.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative vision and showcases both high-quality static designs and video work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• A keen understanding of typography, color theory, visual storytelling, and video production.
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering polished, impactful creative across multiple mediums.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must (spoken and written).
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
