Creative Lead – Landscape Architecture

Overview

Your role

• · Lead creative direction and design vision for landmark projects across the GCC.
• · Drive design excellence and innovation.
• · Lead client presentations and design workshops.
• · Mentor and develop landscape architects and designers.
• · Support business development and major pursuits.

Required Qualifications

• · Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• · Master’s degree preferred.
• · Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
• · Minimum 5 years in a senior design leadership position.
• · Experience delivering major public realm, hospitality, mixed-use, cultural and destination
• · projects.
• International Studio Experience
• · Candidates should have experience with internationally recognized landscape architecture practices such as Gillespies, SWA Group, EDSA, Sasaki, OLIN, Grant Associates, West 8, Gustafson Porter + Bowman, or equivalent design-led firms.
• Skills & Competencies
• · Outstanding conceptual design capability.
• · Strong portfolio of built and high-profile projects.
• · Expertise in landscape architecture, placemaking and urban design.
• · Strong understanding of GCC and Middle East context.
• · Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit and visualization
