The Creative Director will guide creative vision for AI-generated film projects and help shape AI-native narrative entertainment.
Role objectives
- Protect storytelling quality and own the creative vision across AI-generated film projects.
- Apply traditional narrative directing expertise to AI production workflows.
- Contribute to innovative narrative content and the future of AI-native entertainment.
Required experience and skills
- Professional narrative directing experience, such as independent film, television directing programs, narrative shorts, or music videos.
- Script analysis, story development, and creative feedback experience.
- Editorial review experience, including direction on edits, pacing, color correction, and sound design.
- Visual storytelling fundamentals, including shot composition, shot selection, storyboarding, and cinematic language.
- Professional production experience working with writers, editors, producers, and creative teams.
Preferred experience
- Independent film or boutique studio backgrounds; film festival recognition or directing fellowship programs.
- Romance, women-forward, or action/adventure storytelling experience; exposure to AI creative tools; or experience across multiple productions.
Working style
Communicate and defend creative direction, provide constructive feedback, remain open to alternative perspectives, and prioritize effectively across projects.
