Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA certification with 5+ years of experience in BFSI back‐office finance.
Strong knowledge of Indian banking regulations, RBI guidelines, and tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and numerical skills.
Effective communication skills for client interaction and issue resolution.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with audit coordination and regulatory reporting.
Detail‐oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Leadership experience in supervising junior finance staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Prepare, review, and file statutory financial statements and regulatory reports for BFSI clients.
Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other financial regulations applicable to domestic BFSI operations.
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries related to financial statements, tax filings, and audit findings.
Resolve client issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to maintain satisfaction and trust.
Oversee day‐to‐day back‐office accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and cash management.
Collaborate with audit teams to facilitate internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports for senior leadership.
Mentor junior accountants and provide training on best practices and regulatory updates.
