Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a  Country Manager  based in  Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The Country Manager will lead local business development efforts, oversee market-facing operations, and manage strategic relationships with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders.

The role focuses on growing the business in Saudi Arabia, building strong market relationships, and supporting effective local execution. In addition, the Country Manager will work closely with regional and cross-functional teams to support broader business objectives and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business growth efforts in Saudi Arabia
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Identify new market opportunities and support commercial development
• Strengthen local market presence and contribute to expansion efforts
• Support strategic partnerships and business development initiatives
• Represent the business professionally in external meetings and discussions
• Provide local market insight to support decision-making and growth priorities
• Coordinate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams
• Help maintain strong execution standards across market-facing activities
• Contribute to overall commercial momentum and business objectives in Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• 12+ years of professional experience , including at least  5 years in a senior leadership, commercial, country management, or market-facing role within Saudi Arabia or the GCC
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business environment
• Experience in business services, professional services, consulting, or similar sectors
• Strong business development and relationship-building capabilities
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and support commercial growth
• Confidence in managing external stakeholders and strategic discussions
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership presence
• Ability to work across both strategic and day to day business priorities
• Arabic and English language skills are highly preferred
• Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Riyadh
