Job description
Boo Boo Laand is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow our family entertainment operations a based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This role will drive business performance, operational excellence, team leadership, and brand consistency while ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all Boo Boo Laand operations
Develop and execute country-level business and growth strategies
Drive profitability, budgeting, and KPI performance
Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
Ensure exceptional guest experience and brand standards
Manage relationships with landlords, partners, and authorities
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and regulatory requirements
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or entertainment
Proven leadership experience, preferably managing multi-site operations
Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial skills
English required, Arabic is an advantage
