Counter Manager - Cheshire Oaks

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to achieve sales goals and maintain service standards.
• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services.
• Demonstrate products, engage customers, achieve personal sales targets, and contribute to counter targets.
• Run daily team meetings, encourage communication, and recognize achievements.
• Develop events, collaborations, product launches, and charity initiatives to support sales and brand awareness.
• Monitor stock and report concerns to the Area Manager.
• Coordinate communication between store or department managers, area managers, and the team.
• Manage counter administration and create monthly staff rotas.
• Maintain counter and display hygiene, housekeeping, and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• At least four years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• At least six months of management experience.
• Passion for make-up and retail, and a sales-driven, results-oriented approach.
• Flexible availability for weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and holiday periods.
