Part-time, 30-hour Brow and Beauty Expert role at Sephora Meadowhall.
The role focuses on achieving sales targets, providing brow services, and creating strong customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Meet individual retail sales goals through customer connections and product demonstrations.
- Provide brow waxing, tinting, and tweezing services.
- Work with the team to meet counter and business needs.
- Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and increase sales.
- Complete daily and weekly sales worksheets and assist the counter manager with administration.
- Keep the counter and displays clean, hygienic, and aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications and availability
- At least 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality is required.
- Candidates should be sales-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about make-up and retail.
- Candidates should deliver customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat business.
- Flexible availability is required, including weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and holiday periods.
