The role focuses on sales targets, brow services, and creating strong customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual retail sales goals through customer connections and product demonstrations.
- Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to support customer satisfaction and repeat appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet counter and business needs.
- Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products and engage customers.
- Complete daily and weekly sales worksheets and assist the counter manager with administration.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays that meet brand standards.
Qualifications and availability
- At least 4 years of customer-service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is required.
- The employer seeks an enthusiastic, sales-driven candidate with an interest in make-up and retail and a focus on customer loyalty.
- Flexible availability is required, including weekends, late nights, bank holidays, and holiday periods.
