The Cost Manager (Pre-contract) supports project leaders in delivering high-quality client services and successful project outcomes while contributing knowledge and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients.
- Deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments.
- Coordinate information and liaise with managers to support project completion and efficient financial control.
- Undertake cost management services as part of a team.
- Deliver accurate and timely work outputs.
- Support team and service leaders with project cost management.
- Represent the company professionally and build client relationships.
Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Previous procurement experience is essential.
- Technical delivery experience within a global consultancy firm.
- Previous Middle East experience and comfort in a client-facing role.
- MRICS membership is preferred but not essential.
- The employer seeks an organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, disciplined, and commercially astute candidate.
