Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR initiatives and community engagement activities.
• Assist in managing relationships with non-profit organisations, government entities, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct research on social impact, sustainability trends, and potential partnership opportunities.
• Help monitor and track CSR programme outcomes and prepare reports, presentations, and impact assessments.
• Coordinate employee volunteering activities and internal engagement campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of CSR projects, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with event planning, logistics, and stakeholder engagement for CSR-related activities.
• Support the preparation of content for internal and external communications relating to CSR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, International Relations, Public Policy, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience, including internships or volunteer work.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for social impact, sustainability, and community development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with non-profit organisations, social enterprises, or community programmes.
• Familiarity with ESG, sustainability reporting, or CSR frameworks.
• Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
