Join CGI's in-house Corporate Finance team supporting Executive Corporate Functions and assigned internal clients.
Work across multiple business units with corporate and operational teams to support decision-making through financial data analysis and reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts for the Corporate EVP group.
- Analyze financial results against plans, forecasts, and budgets; create models and provide operational insights.
- Present analysis and recommendations clearly; analyze balance sheet entries and ensure their integrity.
- Help develop performance management tools, support continuous improvement, drive efficiency, and complete ad hoc analysis.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or CPA in progress is considered an asset.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar business partner financial analyst role.
- Proactive information gathering and verification, analytical ability, accountability, and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- French and English bilingualism is required for collaboration across Canada.
- PeopleSoft or Hyperion (Oracle) experience is considered valuable.
Compensation
- The stated estimated pay range is $60,000–$115,000; no pay cadence is specified.
- The role is an existing vacancy.
