Full-time Corporate Development & Planning Manager role supporting growth, opportunity evaluation, and long-term corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop corporate development plans aligned with business objectives and support strategic planning, business expansion, and investment initiatives.
- Research markets, assess growth opportunities, and analyze business performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare business plans, financial forecasts, and management reports.
- Identify operational improvements and revenue growth opportunities; evaluate partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and other departments.
- Monitor corporate projects and progress against strategic goals; assess risks and recommend mitigation.
- Develop performance indicators to measure growth and effectiveness.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate planning, business development, strategy, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills and understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
- Ability to interpret financial and market data to inform business decisions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in business reporting, financial modeling, and analytical tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with a results-oriented approach.
