Business Process Improvement Specialist

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities; recommend workflow and efficiency improvements.
• Map processes, document standard operating procedures, and analyze operational data.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with departments and lead or support improvement projects from assessment through implementation.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or root-cause analysis where appropriate and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and recommendations; monitor changes and propose adjustments.
• Support employee training and change management for new processes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in process improvement, business analysis, operations, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills; attention to detail.
• Familiarity with process mapping, workflow analysis, performance measurement, data interpretation, and actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools; ability to manage multiple projects and work across departments.
