Role overview

Strategy and growth

• Develop corporate development strategies and lead strategic planning, business assessments, and organizational growth projects.
• Identify market expansion, partnership, merger, acquisition, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to support decisions.
• Evaluate business opportunities, financial projections, and investment proposals for commercial viability.

Execution and stakeholder engagement

• Work with executive leadership on corporate priorities, growth targets, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, financial assessments, and executive presentations.
• Monitor corporate performance and recommend ways to improve profitability, efficiency, and competitiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation; build relationships with investors, partners, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Assess risks, market conditions, and growth challenges; oversee strategic projects and evaluate outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to optimize organizational structures, business models, and resource allocation, and recommend new initiatives and expansion opportunities.
• Present corporate development updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in corporate development, strategic planning, business management, or investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of corporate strategy, financial evaluation, market expansion, and business performance management.
• Experience assessing commercial opportunities, partnerships, or mergers and acquisitions.
