Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Advisor / Legal Counsel to lead our legal strategy and corporate structuring initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UAE mainland and free-zone regulations (including JLT/DMCC, ADGM, and DIFC) alongside a robust background in international corporate law.
You will be the primary architect for company formations, a strategic advisor for start-ups, and a guardian of legal compliance across our global interests.
