The ideal candidate is not a traditional copywriter, but a social-first content thinker.
They should:
Think in terms of hooks, attention, and engagement
Understand how people consume content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Be able to simplify ideas into short, impactful messaging
Have a strong sense of aesthetic tone aligned with luxury brands
Core Responsibilities
Write captions for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Develop hooks and short scripts for video content
Create compelling property descriptions
Collaborate with the videographer to align visuals with messaging
Adapt tone depending on platform and audience
Maintain consistency in brand voice
What We Do NOT Want
