We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter with strong experience in the banking and financial services industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, compelling, and customer-focused content across digital and offline channels while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and brand guidelines
Responsibilities
- Banking products and services
- Digital campaigns
- Mobile and online banking platforms
- CRM and email campaigns
- Social media and paid ads
- Website and landing pages
- Product launches and customer communications
- Internal communications and presentations
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, marketing teams, compliance, and stakeholders to deliver consistent messaging.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, regulatory standards, and customer experience goals.
- Simplify complex banking terminology into customer-friendly language.
- Support content strategy initiatives for retail banking, corporate banking, digital banking, and fintech solutions.
- Conduct content reviews and proofreading to maintain accuracy and quality.
Skills
- 5+ years of copywriting experience, preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of banking products
- Experience writing for digital platforms and customer journeys.
- Excellent storytelling, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory communication standards in banking
