The role covers data-driven content across multiple platforms and opportunities to work across short-form social media and long-form storytelling.
Content creation and copywriting
- Create English content for social media posts, reels, videos, ads, banners, websites, blogs, articles, case studies, and white papers.
- Write concise headlines and copy that fit the brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
- Balance creativity with clear messaging and marketing intent.
Research, collaboration, and engagement
- Research trends, audience behavior, and competitors; identify content gaps and propose relevant topics.
- Work with campaign managers, designers, and creative teams, and take part in brainstorming and content strategy.
- Build an online community with interactive content and monitor or respond to comments, messages, and discussions.
Editing and performance
- Review and edit team content for tone, consistency, and accuracy; align materials with brand voice and visual identity.
- Track content performance metrics and recommend improvements to reach and engagement.
- Stay current with digital trends and innovations.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor's or master's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is listed.
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience, preferably for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, social media trends, and digital storytelling.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different platforms and audiences.
- Excellent research, editing, and collaboration skills.
