Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Training Sales Manager (EdTech) role based in Riyadh.

The Corporate Training Sales Manager will identify, qualify, and close corporate training opportunities with enterprises, government entities, and professional organizations, focusing on digital and technology-enabled learning solutions.

Responsibilities

include building and managing a pipeline of corporate clients, conducting needs assessments, and proposing tailored training programs aligned with client objectives and Dimois College of Business offerings.

The role will collaborate with academic, product, and instructional design teams to shape training solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams.

The manager will also analyze market trends, maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts, represent the college at industry events, and nurture long-term relationships that drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate training sales, ideally within edtech, higher education, or professional learning environments.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals with corporate or institutional clients.
  • Ability to conduct needs analysis, design solution-oriented proposals, and present value-based training solutions to decision-makers.
  • Effective relationship-building, account management, and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Comfort working with digital learning platforms, LMS solutions, and technology-enabled training products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivering persuasive presentations and clear documentation.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and contract management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, metrics, and market insights to guide sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications in sales or learning and development is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the corporate landscape in Riyadh and the wider region, including experience selling to HR, L&D, and business unit leaders.
