Role Description

The B2B Edtech Sales Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh.

This role focuses on promoting and selling the college’s educational technology and training solutions to corporate clients, schools, and other organizations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and delivering product presentations and demos to decision-makers.

The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with academic and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

The B2B Edtech Sales Staff will also track pipeline activities in a CRM system, gather client feedback to inform program development, and represent Dimois College of Business at events, conferences, and client visits.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building, preferably within education, training, or edtech.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools.
  • Ability to understand educational and corporate learning needs and translate them into tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Comfort working on-site with clients in Riyadh, including occasional travel for meetings, events, and partnership activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for engaging local and regional partners.
  • Demonstrated interest in education, digital learning, or talent development
