About This Role
Location: Riyadh
· Assist in document management and record-keeping to ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date.
· Create purchase orders and process invoices accurately and promptly.
· Operate on ZOHO for various project coordination tasks, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
· Communicate with clients and suppliers professionally to build and maintain strong working relationships.
· Assist the pre-sales team by creating accounts on tender platforms and managing related administrative tasks.
· Support with prequalification preparations to ensure compliance and readiness for project bids.
· Monitor stock levels to ensure that project resources are available as needed and manage inventory effectively.
· Coordinate project logistics and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
· Assist project managers with various coordination tasks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
· Support project managers in budgeting and financial tracking to maintain accurate financial records.
· Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and providing necessary project details in a timely and professional manner.
· Manage the inbound and outbound of shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
· Familiarity with **Fasah** and **Saber** portals for handling import/export documentation and regulatory compliance.
Basic Requirements
· 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination
· Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration and related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
