Your impact

Onboarding

Liasing with the Regional Onboarding team to manage the onboarding for new employees when they arrive in KSA to ensure a smooth joining experience.

Responsible for delivering New Employee Inductions for all new hires in KSA on their first day of joining.

Offboarding

Handling employee exit procedures, including final settlements, system deactivation, and clearance processes with KSA authorities.

HR Ticket Support

Handling employee HR requests (HR tickets), such as medical insurance inquiries, salary certificates, and other HR-related services that require Arabic or can’t be managed by the GBS team.

Handling Audit Requests

Processing audit-related requests from various KSA government departments, such as employee contracts, identification documents, and other official paperwork.

Employee Registration & System Updates (GOSI & Qiwa)

Registering employees in GOSI and Qiwa and ensuring all employee data is accurate and regularly updated as per KSA government requirements for compliance.

Contracts

Coordinate the end‑to‑end renewal and administration process of limited‑period contracts, including tracking expiry dates, and liaising with stakeholders.

Medical Insurance Support

Assisting with medical insurance requests, including enrollments, updates, and coordination with providers and the GBS team.

Here's what you'll need

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Relevant HR certifications are preferred to have but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, understanding of KSA employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills for working with employees at all levels.
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or a related field.
