Responsibilities

Directing and organizing international recruitment activities, including analyzing labor needs and collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure objectives are met.

Conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their skills and experiences to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Resolving issues candidates may face during the recruitment process, including providing necessary support and guidance.

Providing support and guidance to new employees, including training on company policies and procedures.

Analyzing data related to employee performance and using it to prepare periodic reports for management regarding progress made.

Collaborating with legal teams to ensure compliance with local and international standards in all human resources activities.
