Skills
- 6 -10+ years’ experience in back-of-house (BOH), stewarding, or similar operational roles within stadiums, large venues or high-volume F&B environments.
- Strong understanding of hygiene standards, workflow management, and BOH operational best practice.
- Proven experience supervising large stewarding teams in live, event-driven environments.
- Experience operating within regulated or high-visibility venues is an advantage.
