Overview
The Field Services Representative Team Manager is responsible to ensuring services delivered to Customers, on time with highest quality standard, and in the defined budget.
The Cooling Principal is responsible for level 2 engineering support, and to be the technical expert on site
Activities and areas of responsibility
Safety & Cyber Security
qFoster “Safety first” culture among the team by leading by example, deploying all set of safety policies and procedures implementations + conduct himself all required safety audits.
Is responsible to ensure that every mission is delivered in perfect safe conditions and if needed requires adjustments from the customer
qEnsure his team Cyber security is fully compliant and report any incident.
Execution
qManage the planning and coordination of the intervention
qEnsure high level customers satisfaction and FSR SE signature (Branding / technical level / communication/promote Digital Services offers)
qResponsible for the quality, repair FSB implementation and warranty customers support
qEnsure compliance with “Issue to Prevention” process for supply chain and quality issue detected on field
qEnsure that each FSR is complying with all administrative processes: time sheet adherence , Field Services Reporting, overtime and travel time control
qFoster FSR Business Generation capabilities by promoting their activity of Business Opportunity Detection (FSR Lead Generation, Install Base tracking… ) while being on the field
qEnsure full adoption and utilization digital tools Servicesmax Go, onsite, clocking, Tipi…
qDeploy Annual Execution Plan and FS lean initiatives to support country services P&L performance.

Technical Support (L2)
- q. Drive technical excellence by leading electromechanical and electrotechnology initiatives across R&D centers
- qDefine specialty standards and lead transformation projects that influence multiple Lines of Business
- qGuide offer creation teams and contribute to strategic technology roadmaps
- qManage system integration challenges and resolve complex performance optimization issues
- qCollaborate with worldwide specialists to establish best design practices and tools
- Main interactions
- FSR, Operations Director, Safety Leader, Customer Satisfaction Champion, Planners, Customers, FS HR, FS finance Leader, FSVP, Tendering Leader, Sales Manager.
Key Success Factors
- Proven track record in electromechanical systems design and integration
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and influence technical direction
- Strong expertise in system analysis and requirements definition
- Excellence in managing complex technical projects and driving innovation
- Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with global specialist net
- Performance measurement (KPI’S)
- Safety and cyber security KPI: Consolidate PPE assessment/budget and implementation
- CS&Q KPI: NSS (onsite repair and get quotation ) / reduction time spend on repair and warranty
- Productivity Kpis optimization (Utilization Rate /Timesheet adherence/Overt time rate/WO time validation / hourly rate optimization/under absorption/ change orders / Lead generation)
