- Prepare a wide variety of authentic South Indian dishes, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and special menu items.
- Prepare vegetarian and non vegetarian South Indian specialties as per menu requirements.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Monitor food quality, taste, freshness, and presentation before serving.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, and workstations.
- Assist in menu planning and recommend seasonal or regional South Indian specialties.
- Coordinate with kitchen supervisors regarding daily production requirements and inventory levels.
- Comply with company policies, HACCP requirements, occupational health and safety standards, and client regulations.
