What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Denny’s recipes and standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain workstations for service
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control on every plate
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HAACP standards
- Coordinate with servers and fellow cooks to deliver orders on time
- Assist with prep, labeling, storage, and rotation (FIFO)
- Keep the kitchen area, equipment, and tools clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience as a Cook/Line Cook in a restaurant or casual dining
- Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Attention to detail, consistency, and cleanliness
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, reliability, and
- a team-focus
- ed mindset
- Advantage: Experience with American diner concepts or breakfast menus
