We are looking for experienced chefs to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Arabic and Iranian dishes according to company standards
- Handle grill, BBQ, and kebab preparation
- Meat cutting, portioning, and butchery tasks
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support kitchen operations and production requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Arabic and/or Iranian cuisine
- Strong experience in kebabs, grills, BBQ, and meat preparation
- Experience in butchery and meat handling
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in restaurants, catering, or central kitchen operations
- Knowledge of both Arabic and Persian cuisine
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure
