Job Title: Contract & Commercial Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are seeking a Contract & Commercial Manager to manage end-to-end contract and commercial activities across customer engagements. The role involves contract negotiation, risk management, execution monitoring, and driving contract governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Contract & Commercial Manager for the business unit/office, managing end-to-end internal and external commercial transactions
  • Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and execution , ensuring high-quality contract outcomes
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
  • Drive continuous improvement in contract quality and governance standards
  • Manage and facilitate SDT (Sales Decision Team) processes , ensuring decision quality, efficiency, and compliance
  • Monitor contract execution and fulfillment status , ensuring obligations are met
  • Lead contract changes, claims, and dispute resolution with customers
  • Drive contract closure and lifecycle management
  • Establish and standardize customer transaction practices and contract management guidelines
  • Enhance commercial and contract management capabilities within the customer group

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field
