Content Strategist (Mid-Level)

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist (Mid-Level) to develop and manage engaging, brand-aligned content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling abilities, strategic thinking, and experience in creating content that drives engagement and supports marketing objectives.

Arabic language proficiency (speaking and writing) is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals
• Create and manage high-quality content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Plan content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging
• Conduct audience research and content performance analysis
• Collaborate with designers, marketing, and digital teams
• Optimize content for SEO and engagement
• Adapt content for both English and Arabic audiences
• Monitor trends and suggest innovative content ideas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and English
• Experience managing multi-platform content strategies
• Knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and digital analytics
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, or corporate sectors
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Basic design or multimedia editing skills is a plus
